Condolences Kestutis

Sadly, Kestutis Vasiliauskas  passed away last week.

Kestutis had worked as a stockman on one of our farms for a number of years and was very proud of the chickens he was responsible for.

He will be greatly missed as an important member of our agricultural team.

Our thoughts and condolences are with his family.

Happy Retirement

All at TNP would like to wish our Agriculture Manager, Lionel a long and happy retirement!

We would like to wish you all the best on your many travels and adventures and look forward to catching up and hearing about them soon!

All the best!!

(Norfolk) Black in White

Well, that was an interesting week!¬† The great, flat Norfolk was overcome with Snow Drifts.¬† But there’s no stopping our beautiful Norfolk Black Chickens, who still got out to brave the cold…

The Norfolk Black Chicken is a hardy breed – they couldn’t wait to get out to play in the white stuff!

Despite their best efforts, they didn’t manage to build any Snow Chickens!

Hemsby Christmas Crew

Some kind words from the crew at Hemsby Lifeboat rescue service:

“Once again, a brilliant thank you goes out to the team at TNP (Traditional Norfolk Poultry) who have once again supplied Hemsby Lifeboat with delicious free range Norfolk Black Turkeys for the whole crew to enjoy over the Christmas period.

This is now the third year that TNP have supported the Lifeboat with their succulent birds and the crew have asked to pass on their thanks and appreciation and wish you all a very Merry Christmas.”

Merry Christmas, one and all!

December means Christmas is coming!

Our beautiful turkeys are feeling festive amongst the pine trees this week, making the most of the weather before we get any more snow…!
