Dispatch Manager

Responsible for the Dispatch function and a small team of operatives.  The successful candidate will have experience in cold stores and / or FMCG.  They will:

  • Manage the dispatch function and team
  • Manage loading / unloading
  • Ensuring all goods are checked in / out
  • Liaise with departments across the business to ensure an efficient service
  • Be involved with the development of the department and any related projects
  • FLT licence is desirable

Farm Maintenance Manager

The Farm Maintenance Manager is responsible for supervising the build team to deliver projects on time for the Agricultural team.  They will also:

  • Focus on keeping within budget
  • Report any additional costs
  • Support recruitment and general duties related to the team

Area Manager

The Area Manager will ensure that the farms and farming team under their control are managed profitably to the highest standards and that the Company, legislative, factory, retailer and consumer requirements are met in full. The successful candidate will:

  • Be fluent in Polish and/or Russian, as well as English
  • Have previous management or supervisory experience
  • Have previous poultry farming or agricultural experience with an excellent understanding of welfare issues

Team Leader – Factory

With previous experience in a similar role essential, you will be based within the factory and responsible for:

  • Supervising and leading the team
  • Ensuring workers are aware of day to day processes
  • Ensuring reports are completed
  • Monitoring bird welfare
  • Ensuring Health and Safety is adhered to
